2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, colors, pricing, and photographs.
Actual product colors may vary slightly depending on screen displays, lighting, garment materials, and printing processes.
Customers are encouraged to review sizing information and product details before purchasing.
We may update product offerings and correct listing errors. If a correction materially affects an existing order, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, and acceptance.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated or disclosed during checkout.
Payments are processed through the secure payment providers supported by our website.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified and any required refund will be issued.
4. Apparel Production and Fulfillment
Certain apparel products are prepared or printed after an order is placed.
Processing times may vary depending on merchandise availability, production requirements, order quantities, and shipping conditions.
Customers acknowledge that processing time and shipping transit time are separate.
We will honor our stated shipping commitments and provide applicable delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds when required by law.
5. Custom Business Apparel Printing
Petrol Pursuit Industries LLC offers custom apparel printing for businesses and organizations.
Custom orders may include employee shirts, company uniforms, promotional apparel, and other garments featuring approved customer-supplied designs.
Before production, the customer and Petrol Pursuit Industries LLC may agree upon:
Garment style, size, quantity, and color.
Artwork, logo placement, and print dimensions.
Pricing and payment terms.
Production and delivery estimates.
Any applicable setup or design charges.
Production will begin according to the agreed order terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the final design, spelling, colors, quantities, and sizes before production.
Changes requested after approval or after production begins may result in additional charges or may not be possible.
6. Ownership and Authorization of Customer Designs
Customers submitting company logos, artwork, trademarks, photographs, or other materials for printing represent that they own the materials or have obtained the necessary permissions for their requested use.
By submitting materials, customers grant Petrol Pursuit Industries LLC a limited, non-exclusive authorization to reproduce and use those materials solely as reasonably necessary to prepare and fulfill the requested order.
Customers retain ownership of their original content and any applicable intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to decline printing requests that reasonably appear to infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law and any separately agreed custom-printing contract, customers are responsible for claims arising from their unauthorized submission or use of third-party intellectual property.
7. Printing Variations
Printed merchandise may have reasonable variations in color, placement, or appearance due to differences in garment materials, printing processes, and equipment tolerances.
We make reasonable efforts to meet approved designs and specifications.
Material printing errors, defective workmanship, or products that do not reasonably conform to the agreed order remain subject to applicable remedies.
8. Sticker Products and Usage
Our printed stickers are intended for use only on surfaces and under conditions recommended for the specific sticker materials.
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, our printed sticker products are not intended for automotive exterior applications or prolonged exposure to harsh outdoor conditions.
Customers should review the application and care instructions before use.
Certain adhesives may leave residue upon removal. Customers should test compatibility with a surface before applying stickers.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper application, incompatible surfaces, or misuse, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All purchases are subject to our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Custom merchandise may have different return and cancellation conditions from our standard branded merchandise.
Customers should review these conditions before approving custom orders.
10. Intellectual Property
The Petrol Pursuit Industries name, original logos, website content, product designs, photography, graphics, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No visitor or customer may reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit our protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.
